These Terms of Service govern your use of graybushbjj.com, operated by Gray Bush BJJ. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Educational content only
Gray Bush BJJ publishes general educational and entertainment content about Brazilian jiu-jitsu, training, recovery habits, and related subjects. The content is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, legal advice, or individualized coaching.
Training decisions depend on your health, experience, instruction, and circumstances. Consult an appropriate qualified professional when you need medical or other professional guidance.
Jiu-jitsu involves risk
Brazilian jiu-jitsu, exercise, and combat-sport training involve inherent risks, including serious injury. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any information from this site. Train under qualified supervision, follow gym rules, communicate with training partners, and stop when something feels unsafe. Gravity remains undefeated and has excellent counsel.
No promised results
We do not promise that a technique, training method, recovery habit, product, or other suggestion will be appropriate, safe, or effective for you. Results vary, opponents object, and athletic blue belts rarely cooperate with the editorial calendar.
Permitted use
You may use the site for personal, noncommercial reading and reference. You may share links to public pages and quote brief portions with clear attribution where permitted by law.
You may not:
- Copy, republish, sell, scrape, or distribute substantial portions of the site without permission.
- Use the site to violate law, infringe rights, spread malicious code, or interfere with site operation.
